Greenview Consulting was established in 2007 as a sustainability consultancy. Our founders saw an opportunity to bring a more coordinated, tech-forward approach to engineering. Over the years that vision has shaped everything about how we work.
In 2016 we expanded our services beyond sustainability to become a full multi-discipline engineering firm. Today our team covers structural, civil, traffic, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, ESD and BIM, all working together from a single office in Miranda, NSW.
Our story
We started with a clear purpose: to provide better outcomes for our clients by thinking about sustainability from the beginning of a project, not as an afterthought. That founding principle still drives us.
When we expanded into full-service engineering in 2016, it wasn't about adding headcount for the sake of it. It was about removing the friction that comes from managing multiple consultants who don't talk to each other. Our coordinated approach puts every discipline in the same REVIT model, so the structural team knows what the mechanical team is doing, and the hydraulic engineers aren't working in isolation from the electrical team.
The result is better documentation, fewer clashes on site and projects that move more smoothly from DA through to construction.
Our approach
Every discipline at Greenview models within a combined REVIT environment. Clash detection is built into the documentation process, not bolted on at the end. This is what distinguishes a genuinely coordinated engineering firm from a collection of separate consultants operating under the same brand.
We work with developers, architects, builders and government agencies across a broad range of sectors and project types. Our projects range from single dwellings and boutique residential developments through to large multi-residential, education, healthcare and government projects.

The team
Greenview is led by three directors; Dean Gorman, Tony Sheridan and Alistair McKerron, who bring a combined several decades of experience across mechanical, electrical, structural and civil engineering. They're supported by a skilled team of engineers and drafters across every discipline we offer.
